What does shipping cost?

Standard tracked shipping within Australia is free on orders of $40 or more, or $11.95 below $40. Express tracked shipping is $15.95, and free on orders of $100 or more. Free local pickup is available from Gladstone Park VIC 3043.

When will my order arrive?

Most pieces are ready in 1–5 business days. During sales and busy periods, allow 1–2 weeks for making. Delivery typically takes 2–5 days after dispatch, in addition to production time.

Will I receive a proof?

Single letters are made from your selected name and colours without an emailed proof. Check every letter before ordering. For pieces requiring a proof, the product page explains the approval process; making begins after approval.

Can I ask a question before ordering?
